The new Google Workspace for Education storage policy
*The LBPSB School board is being provided with a baseline of 100 TB of pooled storage shared across all users. The model provides enough storage for over 100 million documents, 8 million presentations, or 400,000 hours of video. This model goes into effect across all Google Workspace for Education editions for existing customers.
However, in order to adjust to the new Reality of a Storage cap. The grace period to will be given to prepare for users who are near the Storage quotas' which will be implemented for all lbpearson.ca accounts.
Therefore, the new policy will apply to lbpearson.ca staff and student accounts. The capacity and storage limits will be as follows; 250GB for staff and 150GB for student for the next academic year of 2023-2024.
